eastchester NY Kitchen and bath renovations

this project involved extensive structural renovation to allow for a new spacious kitchen with a center island and access to the outdoors. clean white shaker style cabinets, veined quartz counters and the soft gray tile backsplash contrast against the deep blue island providing a contemporary vibe yet grounded in classic style.

the rich color and clean lines of the cabinets are seen here, with satin nickel modern hardware finishing the look.

a well-balanced variation in color and texture provides visual interest.

with it’s built-in beverage center and spacious island with seating, the kitchen is built around entertaining.

the built-in corner storage bench adds additional functionality to the room and helps accommodate the needs of the family. additional renovations included creating a master bathroom with this large floating vanity (below). Classic large format subway tile contrast with the hexagonal black floor tile. The wood vanity provides a warm, earthy element to complete the composition.

a second upstairs bath with a beach inspired vanity serves the boys of the house. blue penny tile adds a touch of playfulness to the look.
